Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the OpenPageRank API, MCP server, or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service

The Service provides authority scores and historical data for internet domains through an API and related tools. Scores are computed from the publicly available Common Crawl web graph and are estimates, provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts and OPR API keys

You sign in with your Keywords Everywhere account and create OPR API keys to use the Service. Keep your keys secret. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your keys, and you should revoke any key you believe has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, disrupt or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Do not present the data in a way that implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, the data sources.

5. Plans and limits

Usage is subject to the monthly domain limit and request rate of your plan. We may adjust plans, limits, and features over time; material changes will be reflected here and on the plans page.

6. No guarantee of accuracy

Domain scores are estimates and may be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a financial, purchasing, or other significant decision. You use the data at your own discretion.

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual property

The OpenPageRank scores, scoring method, software, and site content are our property. Source web-graph data is derived from Common Crawl under its terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend access for violation of them. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
